You can place your order while you visit our shop in the footsteps of purchase, if you are not registered at the time of accessing the store, you must do so by placing the order.

Payments:

1/ CREDIT CARDS

This method of payment is completely secure, therefore you will need to request your bank secret personal number to make purchases over the Internet, that if you select this method of payment, the 4B entity will to be able to authorize the operation.

We send you your order according to the indicated delivery time in each product, always after receiving authorization from 4B.

This method of payment will have the additional fee charged by the Bank to manage the payment, and will vary depending on the amount of the order.

With this method of payment, if you wish to finance your purchase, will have to request your Bank (if you has not done) the deferred payment of purchases with your card.

2/ COLLECT ON DELIVERY

You will pay through transfer or income account, an advance paid signal of 10% of the amount of the order and the remaining part you will pay in cash when you receive your order.

You can only pay with this method, if request sent by mail and if the amount of your order does not exceed the 800,00 €.

This method of payment will have the additional fee charged by post to manage the collection, and will vary depending on the amount of the order.

Your order  will be sent once we have received signal of 10% of the total amount of your order and pay.

When you finish your order and confirm the purchase, you will then receive an order confirmation e-mail, indicating our bank details so that you can make the payment on account.

3/ TRANSFER OR INCOME INTO ACCOUNT

You must make a transfer or deposit in any bank accounts which we tell when you place your order, and that you will receive the e-mail confirmation of your order.

We send you your order according to the indicated delivery time in each product, always after receiving the advanced paid signal 10%. The fastest way of processing and send your order, is the transfer payment

This method of payment does not have any additional surcharge.

4/ PayPal

This method is like the payment with credit card.

We send you your order according to the indicated delivery time in each product, always after receiving authorization from PayPal.

This method of payment will have the additional fee charged by PayPal to manage payment, and will vary depending on the amount of the order.

Delivery time:

The delivery time indicated on each product, is the time in which Tida, s.l. gives the order to the transport method selected by placing the order. To calculate the time in which you will receive your order, will need to add the time of transit of the carrier, which will vary according to the method selected in the order.

Shipping:

Tida, s.l. will ship your order according to the time limit indicated in each article in our online store through the following methods you can choose (the estimated shipping time may vary depending on the product and your location):

1/ BY AIR MAIL

Depending on the volume of your order it will be delivered at the indicated address for delivery, or you must pick it up at the post office to which belongs the delivery address for.

The transit of this shipping method is usually between 3 and 5 days.

2/ EXPRESS/EMS

With this method you will receive your order directly at your home. The transit time of this method may vary between 24 and 48 hours.

This method does not allows the collect on delivery.

GUARANTEE OF QUALITY

All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for the period of time indicated in each article.

The Guarantee terms and conditions:

This guarantee does not apply if any of its data, such as purchase date, number of articles, etc. They appear modified, altered or blank.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by errors of management, dirtiness or wrong connection, and in general all those that are not due to a defect of manufacture of the guaranteed article are excluded.

This warranty voided when any of the pieces that form the whole of the article, is manipulated by foreign to our technical support staff.

The damage that could occur to other goods, as a result of a defect of the guaranteed article, or any other reason are not covered by this guarantee.

Are not covered by guarantee fees produced by the shipment of the product guaranteed to our facilities for the verification and testing of the breakdown.

If after test and verify the failure by our technical department not had any fault or it was not covered by the warranty, the costs of verification, repair and return of the guaranteed product, shall be borne by the customer.

Guarantee of satisfaction and returns:

TIDA,S.L. wants you to be pleased with your purchase , but if for some reason you are not, Tida will return your money if you are not completely satisfied with the product that we've bought. Shopping at Tida is buy with total confidence. If when you receive your order you are not completely satisfied or change your mind, you will have up to 10 days to return it (1). Simply contact us by a e-mail and we will immediately return instructions to send back the material.

(1) It will be refunded the amount of the product purchased, shipping charges or charges will not be returned in respect of payment or other. Refunds will only be accepted when the returned item is received by Tida with its original packaging and all material in perfect conditions.
